Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Scout website provided by Polarline Markets, subscriptions, and services. By using the site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. Use of the Scout software itself is additionally governed by the End User License Agreement.

1. Accounts and licenses

Paid subscriptions grant a Scout license subject to the EULA and your selected tier. You are responsible for keeping your license confidential and for all activity under your license. License recovery, rotation, device limits, and organization access are managed through Scout Research.

2. Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to circumvent license verification, reverse-engineer the software, share license keys, or use the services in violation of applicable law or exchange/broker terms. Restrictions on software use are subject to any applicable open-source license and rights that cannot be excluded by law. Do not submit other people's confidential information, credentials, or investor records through public website forms. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. No financial advice

Polarline Markets provides Scout software tools for research and operations. Nothing on this site or in the services constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. You trade at your own risk. References to our investment program describe research and testing; they are not an offer to sell securities or an invitation to invest. AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate and require your independent review.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polarline Markets disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
