Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Polarline Markets, a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada, operates polarline.io and is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. This policy explains how we handle that information, including contact and support requests, subscription checkout, and license verification. For questions or privacy requests, contact jaimin@finnyai.tech. Customer-controlled Scout installations and separate hosted workspaces can have additional data flows and terms. This website policy does not mean every product keeps all data on your device.
1. Information we collect
Website requests: Vercel hosts this website. Requests expose technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time to the hosting service. This information may be processed in hosting and security logs.
Contact and support: when you submit a form, we receive the name, email, company information if supplied, and message you enter. Formspree processes these forms. If you email us, we receive your message and attachments. Please do not include broker credentials, API keys, payment card details, or confidential investor records in a website form.
Account and billing: when you subscribe, Stripe collects your payment details and email. Our billing platform receives subscription status and license records. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
License verification: license-check requests contain hashes of the license key and device identifier. They also support organization, software version, package, and timestamp fields. This website's license-check endpoint accepts only these entitlement fields, rather than trading data, broker credentials, or strategy code.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure services, authenticate licenses, enforce device limits, prevent abuse, process payments, respond to requests, and provide support. We use a contact request to follow up on that request; it is not permission for unrelated marketing.
3. Cookies, analytics, and local storage
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and how people use its pages. Google Analytics may collect page views, session statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information. It may use a first-party _ga cookie to distinguish browsers and sessions. On the checkout confirmation page, the page URL sent to Analytics omits query values because that URL can contain a one-time checkout identifier. See Google's Analytics data collection documentation and Privacy Policy. Browser storage may also be used for interface behavior, such as animation timing. You can manage or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
Booking services, community links, payment pages, and hosted Scout workspaces have their own privacy practices and may use cookies. No third-party booking or community widget is embedded in this website.
4. Providers and sharing
We share information with providers needed to operate the service, or where required by law. Website providers include Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics for website measurement, Formspree for forms, Stripe for payments, and Resend for signup confirmation emails when that server integration is enabled. Booking links lead to Cal.com; community and source-code links lead to their respective services. We do not sell your personal information. Providers may process information outside your province or country, where local laws and government-access rules may differ.
5. Retention and security
Account and license records are retained as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond and follow up. Hosting logs, provider records, and backups follow the relevant retention settings. Ask us about a specific record rather than relying on a fixed deletion period that may not apply to it.
The website uses HTTPS and keeps server integration secrets out of browser code. License-check payloads are restricted, and the signup email endpoint requires server authentication. No security measure eliminates every risk. Report suspected vulnerabilities through our Trust Center.
6. Choices and privacy requests
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Email jaimin@finnyai.tech to make a request or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. Legal, billing, security, and backup obligations can limit immediate deletion. You can also raise concerns with the privacy regulator responsible for your jurisdiction.
7. Children
This website and its investment research services are intended for adults, not children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are reflected by the last-updated date above. Review the policy when you use a new service or provide additional information.
